These Terms govern your use of www.shaktifeed.com, operated by M/s Technocrates, BIADA Industrial Area, Forbesganj, Araria, Bihar 854318. By using this website or placing an order, you accept these Terms.
1. Our products
We manufacture and sell animal feed and animal feed supplements for cattle, buffalo, poultry, swine and aquaculture.
Important: please read. Our products are feed and feed supplements intended to support animal nutrition. They are not veterinary medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website replaces advice from a qualified veterinarian. If your animal is unwell, off feed, injured or showing signs of illness, consult a veterinarian first.
Feeding quantities shown on this website are general guidance. Actual requirements vary with breed, age, body weight, milk yield, season and the rest of the ration.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3. Product information and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Pack images are for illustration. Packaging, artwork and pellet appearance may vary between batches. Nutritional values are typical values and are subject to normal manufacturing tolerance.
4. Prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise
- Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted
- Where a discounted price is shown against a struck-through price, the struck-through figure is our regular selling price
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, we cannot deliver to your area, we suspect fraud or misuse, or the listing contained an error.
We may telephone you to confirm your order before dispatch, particularly for Cash on Delivery. If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, we may cancel the order.
6. Payment
We accept [UPI, cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery].
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders up to [₹ LIMIT]. Please keep the exact amount ready. Repeatedly refusing delivery of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your number.
7. Delivery

- Orders are usually dispatched within [2 working days] and delivered within [3 to 5 working days] of dispatch
- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, festivals, strikes and road conditions may cause delays
- Bulk bags of 25 kg and 50 kg are delivered by surface transport. Delivery may be to the nearest transport hub or main road access point rather than to your door. Unloading is your responsibility
- Please inspect the packaging before accepting delivery. If a bag is torn, wet or tampered with, refuse it and inform us the same day
8. Cancellations
You may cancel before dispatch by calling [PHONE]. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, but see section 9.
9. Returns and refunds
Because these are consumable feed products, we cannot accept returns of opened bags or containers, for reasons of animal safety and hygiene.
We will replace or refund where:
- The product arrived damaged, wet or leaking
- You received the wrong product or the wrong pack size
- The product is past its "best before" date on arrival
Report any of these within [48 hours] of delivery to [EMAIL/PHONE] with photographs of the product and the batch code. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within [7 to 10 working days]. For COD orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to details you provide.
Made-to-order products (including custom-specification sinking fish feed) are produced to your requirement and cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins, unless faulty.
10. Storage and use
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture and pests. Keep bags off the floor and closed after use. Do not feed product that is mouldy, wet, infested or past its best-before date. These products are for animal consumption only and are not fit for human consumption.
We are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect storage, incorrect feeding rates, or use contrary to the instructions on the pack.
11. Dealer and bulk orders
Dealership applications, distributor pricing and bulk supply are handled separately and are not governed by the retail prices shown on this website. Contact [PHONE].
12. Intellectual property
All content on this website (including the Shakti Feed, Shakti Dana, Feedex and Fishgro names, logos, packaging artwork, photographs and text) belongs to M/s Technocrates or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to commit fraud, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, scrape content, or resell our products in a way that misrepresents them.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of milk yield, loss of livestock, loss of profit or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including flood, drought, fire, epidemic or livestock disease outbreak, strikes, transport failure, power failure or government action.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Araria / Purnia], Bihar.
